CNC Segundo

This was my second CNC machine build. My goal was for the machine to be rigid enough to engrave and inlay aluminum and stainless steel with 1/2" tooling.
Grizzly G0463 Mini Mill 5.75" x 14.875" x 14.75" range of motion
Gecko Motor Drives 350 oz-in servo motors, 2.5:1 gear ratio
Mach 3 controller software BobCadCam tool path generation software
